G'Day mates! You have
been chosen to help your school design a new zoo. Each class will choose an animal they would
like to have brought into the zoo. It is
your job to research the animal so that the zoo will have all of the resources
that it needs to take care of your animal choice. Your Gifted and Talented class has been
assigned the kangaroo. It is your job to learn everything there is to know
about kangaroos using this webquest. When the webquest
is complete, you will present your kangaroo research to the teacher and the
class.
Since it is
very important for zoos to be able to take care of the kangaroo, we need to
find out all about it. We are going to
find out where kangaroos live and their habitat, what they like to eat, where
they like to sleep, what they look like, and some other characteristics and
interesting facts about them.
